As a creative director overseeing 25+ copywriters and designers, I have extensive experience ideating, fine-tuning, and providing feedback for hundreds of paid social campaigns.

 

With the support of copy + design leads, my role as the head of the creative team was to take a step back from aesthetics + tone to focus in on high-level business concerns—like customer journey, positioning, seasonal + evergreen product objectives, and testing goals.
